    Where can I purchase your products?

    • Our retail store is located at 75-6129 Ali'i Drive Kailua-Kona. We are open Tues - Sat from 10A-5P.  Please note - this is not the farm address for the coffee and chocolate tour.  See the homepage, lower right for the farm address.  The farm is not open to the public and requires authorization to visit.

    How long will it take to get my order?

    • Shipping can take 4-5 days to the Mainland.  If the order comes in before 2 pm HST we will send it out that day.  Seasonal and other weather related events may delay your order.  Use the tracking information available when you checkout to track your order.  For all International orders, expect longer times if you use the USPS.  We suggest you use UPS for your shipment.  Their times are much less (3-5 days) and it's worth the couple extra dollars.

    Does the soap melt?

    • No, but you must keep it dry and away from any moisture or high humidity.  Do not leave it in a ceramic soap dish that doesn't drain or there is no air circulation.  Use a soap dish that elevates the soap and allows air to move around it.

    Are there any stores or places to get your products on the Mainland?

    • No, it is our passion to make sure you get the product truly from Hawaii.  We make it here, we process it here, we send it from here.

    Can I purchase your products on Amazon?

    • At this time, we do not offer our products on Amazon. We believe that the best shopping experience is one where we handle everything from start to finish. When you shop with us directly, you're guaranteed the personal attention you deserve and the exceptional service that only we can provide.

    Why is there a shipping fee when I can go to Amazon or eBay for similar products and not pay for shipping?

    What is the Kukui Nut oil used for?

    • Any kind of skin problems.  Dry itchy skin, eczema, psoriasis, cuts, abrasions, sunburns, bug bites, etc.  It has helped people get away from steroid creams.  The only difference would be if you wanted a scent in the oil.  Unscented and scented are available or you can make your own.

    Where are your products made?

    • We make everything at our facility in Holualoa.  Everything is hand done.  The soap is hand made, hand cut, and hand boxed.  Many of the ingredients are from our farm.  Including cacao (chocolate)  Come join us for a farm tour and see for yourself 

    Are there any chemicals in your products?

    • We do use sodium hydroxide but the chemical change or reaction when added to the base oils results in an inert product called soap.
    • No fragrance or perfumes
    • No petroleum products
    • No synthetic ingredients
    • No artificial colors
    • No preservatives
    • No vitamin E 
    • Entirely vegan
